Prices: All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT unless stated otherwise.

Orders: An order is accepted once we confirm it by email or issue an invoice. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price is shown in error.

Payment terms: Online orders are paid at checkout. Invoice/LPO customers pay within ___ days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): Each AMC sets out the number of preventive visits, emergency response times, parts coverage, exclusions and renewal terms. AMCs run for 12 months and renew on written agreement.

Warranty: Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Workmanship on repairs is guaranteed for ___ days.

Limitation of liability: Our liability for any order or service is limited to the amount paid for it, to the extent permitted by UAE law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of ___ (emirate).
